If you are looking to rent a property in England we are also required to check that you are legally entitled to do this. The Government introduced legislation in 2016 which states that all Landlords must check that a person is legally entitled to rent a residential property in England. The Retired Baptist Ministers Housing Organisation [RBMHO] is classed, for the purposes of the act, as a Landlord. If you are accepted and prior to us letting you a home we will undertake the required identity checks.
